Hello. I’m Joanne Sargent. I have over 40 years’ experience in the manufactured housing business. I have served on several different housing boards and dealer councils with top manufacturers here in the United States as well as Canada. I have helped to shape the industry into what it is today. I have and will continue to strive for design flexibility, modern technologies and techniques, energy efficiency, air quality, and “green” living. Of this I am very proud. I am most proud though of the help and guidance that I have offered to many families (now working the 3rd generation in some instances!) over the past 40+ years with their housing needs.
